B minor Variations on 2nd position

This lesson gives an example of a B minor family variation in the second position that you could use to enhance your interpretation.

 

The chords used for this variations are B minor, E minor sixth and E diminished (the equivalent of a F# seventh)

The rhythm is a little bit more complicated that an standard 4/4 but follow the second part of the video to practice the sequence.  You will need to put together the following:

  • DOWN
  • DOWN
  • DOWN-UP-DOWN
  • UP
  • UP
  • UP
