Learn how the progression I – IV – V is translated for the B Major chord relating the Cuatro.

B Major: Tonic, Subdominant & Dominant

The chords being played for the mentioned progression are as follows:

B Major

E Major

F#7

This is a great little progression to play and the chord with most importance here will probably be that of the F#7. At first, as with any other chord, it can be quite complex to play as it is different to the other figure, but again this one will be very important as you move forward and play the figure of F#7 in different positions. What is nice of this progression is when you are able to harmonize it by adding the notes relating to the B Major scale. Try it out!
