To begin learning how to tune your Ukulele, you first need to know the names of the notes produced by each string when it is strummed open. The strings on a standard Ukulele are tuned to the following notes: G, C, E, and A (from the top string to the bottom). This is known as “standard tuning”.
To see and hear how each string should sound when it is properly tuned, check out the following video, which will guide you through the process step by step. With a little practice, you’ll be able to quickly and easily tune your Ukulele, and you’ll be ready to start playing your favorite songs. Happy playing!
