This is a quick study of two chords in different positions along the fretboard of the Cuatro. The chords being considered are D Major and A7. Both of these chords are played along the fretboad in various positions stretching out the fretboard.
Tonic and Dominant
The importance of this is to familiarize yourself with the Tonic (the note in which the key of the song is played) and the Dominant (which can be considered as the 5th from the Tonic).
